Boutique Grandchâteau

A case in brushed fir for displaying grands crus.

This boutique, conceived as a showcase, has been designed to present the different vintages selected by Maison Granchâteaux. The fixtures and fittings were entirely manufactured and installed by our teams. The quality of our work and the expertise of the various parties involved enabled us to meet a major challenge: finding a modular solution to display over 6,500 bottles of wine and spirits, in a variety of shapes and sizes.

The islands, topped by suspended elements, were made from brushed and stained fir. Brushed fir is renowned for its durability and ease of maintenance. Unlike other types of wood such as spruce or oak, fir offers a perfect balance between hardness and softness. The brushing technique can create subtle reflections depending on the lighting, adding depth and dynamics to the wood's surface.

The new reception counter, a highly practical central element, echoes the surrounding sets of shelves for both vertical and horizontal storage.
