The project

SICPA's Unlimitrust campus is a center for technological innovation. The site is an example of sustainable architecture, certified Minergie-P and incorporating materials reused from the former industrial site. These are principles we share within the Wider Group, and we are therefore honored by the trust the client has placed in our teams.

Our work

Natural wood The warmth and texture of light oak panels create a welcoming, elegant ambience.

Metal and glass For a modern, industrial touch, elements in brushed metal and tempered glass have been integrated, notably in the skylights.

Design Wall coverings incorporate subtle geometric patterns to add depth and visual interest.

Integrated Technology Interactive screens and panels have been integrated into certain wall claddings to provide employees and visitors with information and interactive content.

Eco-friendly materials : At Maison Wider, we are committed to using environmentally-friendly materials, certified by the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and other ecological labels, which met the expectations of the project managers.

Elevator coverings The architectural concept also incorporated wood accents to harmonize with the wall cladding and create an aesthetic continuity.

Project stages

Design phase : Concept study with detailed costing of various options, preparation of technical drawings, validation with the customer.

Materials selection Final choice of materials in collaboration with SICPA to guarantee quality and consistency with the project vision.

Production Project management: manufacture of the various components in our own workshops under the supervision and control of a project manager assigned to the project.

Installation : Coordination between our installation department and the construction teams for efficient, on-time installation.

Final validation Final inspection and approval to ensure that all components met quality standards and customer expectations.
