This project, realized and monitored from A-Z by the Maison Wider teams, captures the essence of a mountain apartment, combining wood and natural stone to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The traditional style is subtly enhanced by modern lines, offering a balance between tradition and contemporaneity.
Wood elements, such as parquet flooring, wall cladding, wardrobes, beamed ceilings and the open staircase to the living room, are made from high-quality local woods. Wood brings a natural warmth and rich texture, essential to creating the chalet ambience. Natural stone, used mainly for accent walls and worktops, adds an authentic, robust touch.
The kitchen, with its rough-hewn wood cabinets and natural stone worktop, combines functionality with aesthetic appeal. Modern appliances add a touch of sophistication without distorting the overall style. The bathrooms follow the same theme, with ceramic sinks and wooden furniture, creating a continuity of design throughout the apartment.
