You ensure the operational processing and follow-up of orders, from receiving the request to delivery and acceptance, ensuring deadlines are met, information is reliable, and good coordination with internal teams and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Receive purchase requests and issue orders
- Track supplier confirmations, deadlines, deliveries, and receipts
- Follow up with suppliers and quickly report any discrepancies or delays.
- Ensure consistency between order, receipt, and invoice
- Contribute to data reliability and compliance with procurement processes
- Provide responsive support to operational teams in daily order tracking
Profile
- Experience in procurement, purchasing administration, or a similar function
- Experience in a technical, industrial environment or projects is appreciated
- Good command of order tracking and ERP / Excel tools
- Rigor, organizational skills, responsiveness, and service orientation
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple subjects simultaneously
