Responsibilities
- Administrative management of the employee lifecycle (contracts, personnel files, work certificates, attestations, etc.)
- Stay Permit Tracking
- Time tracking, including absence and leave monitoring
- Tracking absences due to illness and accident
- Participation in salary management
- Establishment and monitoring of work permits for employees
- Subcontractor Accreditation Tracking
- Contribution to HR projects aimed at optimizing internal processes
Profile
- Holder of the HR Manager certificate
- Mastery of Windows Office Tools
- Organized, rigorous, and with excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong service orientation
- Ability to manage competing priorities and a sense of foresight
- Autonomous personality combined with a team spirit
