As a member of the Retail department, you will be a trusted partner to our customers, combining analysis, listening and technical excellence to transform each project into a masterful realization, bearing our signature of exacting standards and elegance.
Responsibilities
- Manage a customer portfolio in the luxury goods sector
- Understanding and anticipating customer needs: proposing tailor-made solutions
- Ensure a relationship of trust and transparency with our customers to support them in their projects
- Identify and develop new project opportunities within existing accounts
- Preparation, analysis and calculation of offers and bids
- Close collaboration with the technical office and production
Profile
- Higher education in carpentry and joinery, or from the building trade with a strong interest in fittings
- Passionate about customer relations and technical solutions
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, high level of customer service awareness
- Structured and rigorous, able to manage priorities
- Excellent IT skills
- A team player who likes to work as part of a team
