Responsibilities
- Planning, organization and monitoring of door production
- Manage and coordinate technical office, workshops, finishing and delivery
- Supervision and monitoring of Door Department employees
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, production costs and quality standards
- Vision and budget management for Portes projects
- Work closely with various departments
Profile
- Holder of a CFC in carpentry / cabinetmaking, supplemented by higher education, or from another construction sector with a strong interest in and knowledge of doors.
- Strong managerial, analytical and financial skills
- Intrapreneurial, unifying and with solid technical credibility
- Leadership and pragmatism with a solutions-oriented approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Sense of anticipation and excellent stress management
- Structured and rigorous, you manage priorities
