Responsibilities 

• Planning, organization and monitoring of door production
• Manage and coordinate technical office, workshops, finishing and delivery
• Supervision and monitoring of Door Department employees
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, production costs and quality standards
• Vision and budget management for Portes projects
• Work closely with various departments

Profile 

• Holder of a CFC in carpentry / cabinetmaking, supplemented by higher education, or from another construction sector with a strong interest in and knowledge of doors.
• Strong managerial, analytical and financial skills
• Intrapreneurial, unifying and with solid technical credibility
• Leadership and pragmatism with a solutions-oriented approach
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Sense of anticipation and excellent stress management
• Structured and rigorous, you manage priorities
