As part of its expansion, Maison Wider is looking for an Administrative and Sales Assistant to strengthen its teams. At the heart of exchanges between our internal teams, our partners and our customers, you will play an essential role in the smooth administrative and commercial running of our projects in Switzerland and abroad.
What will your mission be?
- Manage daily administrative tasks rigorously and independently
- Draw up commercial documents (offers, order confirmations, invoices), integrating accounting specificities (VAT, customer conditions, etc.).
- Ensure administrative follow-up of projects and worksites via our ERP system
- Actively participate in the follow-up of customer requests in liaison with the sales team
- Greet visitors and handle telephone calls
Expected business skills
- CFC for commercial clerks or equivalent training, with a marked orientation towards accounting or costing
- Experience in the building sector or in a technical environment desirable
- Proficiency in office automation tools (MS Office) and ERP (knowledge of Triviso is an asset)
