Job description
Specializing in cabinetmaking, joinery and interior design, Maison Wider combines rigor, perfectionism and a love of the craft.
As the interface between customers, project managers, sales representatives and the installation department, you will be responsible for the complete management of after-sales service, guaranteeing rigor, compliance with deadlines and customer satisfaction on top-of-the-range, made-to-measure fitting projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration with project managers to complete after-sales work on existing projects and with sales staff to manage new projects
- Analyze customer requests and ensure full and rapid feedback to the relevant contacts
- Receiving and checking after-sales requests
- Order management and spare parts planning with brand managers
- Follow-up of spare parts deliveries
- Schedule service calls with the installation department
- Estimate the potential costs and duration of repairs
- Management and control of order processing
Profile
- Higher education in carpentry and joinery, or from the building trade with a strong interest in fittings
- Ideally fluent English, B1/B2 minimum
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Time-sensitive nature and high sense of service, understands the concept of delay
- Respect constraints, adapt and find solutions/improvements
- Rigor, meticulousness, precision and technical arbitration
- Autonomous, yet able to work as part of a team
