Opportunity offering a cross-functional role combining administrative management, sales support and customer relations, integrating a legal compliance dimension aimed at securing contractual practices.

 

Responsibilities
  • Management of various administrative tasks
  • Preparation of commercial documents (quotations, order confirmations, invoices) incorporating accounting parameters, in particular the calculation and application of VAT according to current rates and customer specifications.
  • Administrative support for various commercial projects for customers in Switzerland and abroad
  • Receiving visitors and handling telephone calls
  • Administrative management of ERP sites
  • Processing customer requests and monitoring projects in collaboration with the sales manager
  • Check contract compliance
Profile
  • Holder of a CFC in business administration or equivalent with a strong accounting / costing orientation
  • Experience in a similar position desirable
  • Excellent stress management and ability to prioritize
  • Curiosity and agility with a strong service orientation
  • Rigorous, organized, critical and detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of MS Office and ERP
