Opportunity offering a cross-functional role combining administrative management, sales support and customer relations, integrating a legal compliance dimension aimed at securing contractual practices.
Responsibilities
- Management of various administrative tasks
- Preparation of commercial documents (quotations, order confirmations, invoices) incorporating accounting parameters, in particular the calculation and application of VAT according to current rates and customer specifications.
- Administrative support for various commercial projects for customers in Switzerland and abroad
- Receiving visitors and handling telephone calls
- Administrative management of ERP sites
- Processing customer requests and monitoring projects in collaboration with the sales manager
- Check contract compliance
Profile
- Holder of a CFC in business administration or equivalent with a strong accounting / costing orientation
- Experience in a similar position desirable
- Excellent stress management and ability to prioritize
- Curiosity and agility with a strong service orientation
- Rigorous, organized, critical and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of MS Office and ERP
