As the backbone of the site organization, the installer manager ensures optimal coordination of teams and resources to guarantee high-quality work, on time, on budget and in line with Maison Wider's high standards of excellence.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Work with sales representatives, project managers or technicians to organize and plan jobsites
- Plan and supervise installers according to their skills and the work to be carried out
- Match resources committed to projects to planned budgets
- Daily management of delivery and vehicle schedules
- Manage the employee life cycle with the HR department, welcome new employees
- Check quality of workmanship on projects, verify compliance with scheduled installation times
Profile
- Higher education in carpentry and joinery, or from the building trade with a strong interest in fittings
- Proven experience in planning and supervising personnel for various projects in the building industry or, ideally, in carpentry and cabinetmaking
- Ability to anticipate needs in terms of human resources and excellent logistics skills
- Structured and rigorous, able to manage priorities
- Team-builder, strong ability to work as part of a team
